Fort Lauderdale, FL – E3 Aviation Association is proud to announce the appointment of Trent Palmer and Rob Holland as Executive Directors and partners. Their expertise, passion, and leadership will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of E3 Aviation, expanding its offerings for the online membership and ensuring the continued empowerment of pilots across the globe.

With the industry facing a critical pilot shortage, these aviation icons will launch groundbreaking programs—like nationwide workshops and advanced training, empowering shows and entertainment—to assist the next wave of aviators and elevate the lifestyle of existing pilots and aircraft owners. Their arrival coincides with the debut of E3 Aviation Version 2.0, a revolutionary platform with added features like E3 SKYSHARE and E3 Mentors Engine to ignite pilots’ passion for adventure and finding unique landing locations and connecting pilots together.

Trent Palmer, a skilled backcountry pilot and aviation educator, has impacted general aviation by inspiring the next generation of pilots through his engaging YouTube channel. His dedication to showcasing the thrill of flight and hands-on flying techniques in remote, backcountry environments have gained him a massive following. Trent’s belief in making aviation accessible to everyone aligns with E3’s mission to support pilots of all levels and provide them with the resources they need to thrive in the aviation community.

Rob Holland, a U.S. National Aerobatic Champion, Multi-time National Aerobatic Champion, and World Freestyle Champion, being the most sought-after airshow performer, is an internationally recognized top aerobatic pilot whose career has been built on precision flying and high-performance aerobatics. Known as “The Pilot’s Pilot” he is renowned for his contributions to aviation safety and education and his work in developing flight training. Rob’s passion for supporting veterans and fostering the growth of young aviators resonates deeply with E3’s commitment to creating more opportunities for aspiring pilots. His leadership will guide the association’s focus on skill development and advocacy for pilots from all walks of life.

They are added tot the team along with Tyler “FEED” Davies, a retired US Navy Pilot and former Blue Angel, joins E3 Aviation Association as the VP of Members Experience. With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, Davies has served in various roles, from an enlisted aviation electronics maintainer to a commissioned pilot flying the F/A-18 A-F, T-45C, and T-34C. His experience includes multiple combat deployments and a tenure with the US Navy Blue Angels from 2016 to 2018. Beyond his military service, Davies holds an ATP rating and has flown aircraft such as the MD-11, J3, and C-152/172, demonstrating his versatility and passion for aviation.
